• Note that there is no refund; you can only exchange your product within the same price range or pay the difference for a more expensive product.

• Any product below the price range is not acceptable; you need to cover the price difference.

• The product will be exchanged with no extra delivery charges.

• This policy is only applicable if you report the issue within 10 days of receiving your product. If more than 10 days have passed, we might not be able to assist you.

• You cannot cancel your order once it has been dispatched.
